Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ImgSprint ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use imgsprint.com (the "Service"). We have written it in plain language on purpose: privacy policies should be read, not skimmed. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. The short version

• Your images are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers and we cannot see them.
• We do not require an account and we do not ask for personal information to use the tools.
• We use limited cookies for site functionality and, where enabled, for advertising and analytics as described below.
• We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information we do not collect

The image files you open in our tools are loaded into your browser's memory and processed locally using the Canvas API. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party by the Service. We do not store, copy, or have access to your images or their contents.

3. Information we may collect

Like most websites, we may collect limited technical information automatically when you visit:

• Usage data: pages viewed, referring page, approximate region (derived from IP address), browser and device type, and the date and time of your visit.
• Technical data: IP address and general log information, retained by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes.
• Voluntary information: if you contact us, we receive the content of your message and the email address you use.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We and our partners may use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies: required for the Service to function and to remember your cookie preferences.
• Analytics cookies: to understand how the Service is used in aggregate so we can improve it.
• Advertising cookies: where advertising is enabled, to display and measure ads, as described in the next section.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to measure aggregate traffic and page performance. Where analytics are used, we aim to collect the minimum necessary and, where available, to use IP anonymization. Analytics data is used only to improve the Service.

7. Legal bases (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal data under the following legal bases:

9. Data retention

Contact messages are retained only as long as needed to respond and for our records. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes. Images you process are never retained by us at all.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

11. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

12. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we handle, including serving the site over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Third-party links

The Service may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
